I got a new bunny to add to my collection, kind of a companion to the other one. Easter fun.

I just love this mosaic Easter egg candle. It really sparkles in real life.

Well, this didn't turn out the way it was supposed to. Macro is supposed to be the strong point of my camera, but I can't get it to focus on what I want it to. Anyway, my Spirea has pretty pink buds.

I don't really have anything to say about this, just messing around with my camera.

The temperature was over 80 today. I was out riding my bike everyday over the weekend. Sounds like rain is coming for the next few days, though.

I have a little herb garden, and this is the dried leaves that are left from last year. I can't remember what it is. Thyme? Oregano? The dried leaves are pretty, anyway.

Amanda in her 'new' old car. She's happy, I'm happy, and now she needs to get a job to pay for the insurance and buy gas.

And we have daffodils! Today was so warm, spring is finally here.

Easter is coming. Amanda got a Peeps pillow last night. She loves Peeps, always gets them in her Easter basket. Accccck, sugar city.

Josh got a haircut! He looks so cute. Baseball will be starting soon, and I think he was afraid he'd get too hot if he didn't get it cut.

Tomorrow I get my new car!

The latest addition to my bunny collection. The hospital gift shop again. I really like this one.

I bought a new car today. It's a Toyota Matrix. It needs to be rustproofed, and the hubcaps put on and all that, so I won't get it til Tuesday. Of course, Amanda's excited because she's inheriting my Corolla. I'm excited because I don't have to pick her up at school anymore on my way home.

Here's Amanda after her band concert. She plays flute, clarinet, and baritone. She's concentrating on the flute in college.

I just love this bunny planter I just got. I also have a patina bunny and a crackle finish bunny. So I officially have a bunny collection. I think I need to stay out of the gift shop at work.

This is Josh's rock, affectionately known as 'the foot'. He found it up north, on the shore of the lake. He brought it home, and it now lives in his room. And it weighs a ton.

I'd like to know what's up with this rock. It was just there one day, in the neighbor's yard. I'm sure there's a story behind it. We have a rock with a story, it's in Josh's room. I'll post it tomorrow.

More melting and the mailbox is emerging! Shouldn't be long now. We sprang forward last night, and it feel strange to be on Daylight Savings time so early.

Today is my birthday. It was a warm, sunny day and a ton of snow melted off. Spring is coming!

I got Snoopy to pose for me, sort of. He wouldn't look right at the camera, but at least he didn't run away.

My daughter's wall shows some of her favorite things- puppies, Harry Potter and Johnny Depp. The blue and white things are post-it notes. Post-it notes aren't my idea of interior decorating, but at least she's original.

My son's being really agreeable today, what do you suppose he wants? He only smiles like this for a picture when he wants something.

I love the way the snow sticks to the trees after a big wet snow like this.

Just a picture of the front of our house that shows how much snow we got. It's melting already, shouldn't be around too long.

A new view of our mailbox. The mailman wouldn't deliver our mail yesterday because he couldn't get close enough to the mailbox. I haven't heard exactly how much we got, but the snow is waist deep in the backyard.

Tom was out yesterday knocking snow off the roof. See how deep the snow is? He doesn't wear boots. I don't know why, I can never get him to buy any.

We've got curved icicles! I guess it's because it's been so windy the last few days. After I took this picture, Tom knocked them down with the roof rake.
